Best place to eat sushi, staff name Rafina is very helping and kind to handle customer. Very good hospitality.. appreciate it

Came here on the last day of Bonanza Day and in fact, on the very last hour due to the que! Crowd was busy, but the staffs were very efficient! Staffs still able to smile and gave their very good service. Special shout out to Manager Ain, who is very friendly and surely will make me come again to this branch.

Cik Hasna provided excellent customer service. She attended to every customer needs in the restaurant. It was close to dinner time yesterday. I ordered 1+1+1 minis takeaway. As my order needed time to prepare... Cik Hasna provided me a seat to wait. During this time.. She tended to the 3 Grab deliveries which she checked & packed neatly... walk in customer takeaway orders ... cashier counter & even dine in customers who were dining & wanted to add orders.. and gave cold green tea promptly to customers who just ordered. Very impressed by her dedication. She was very efficent, polite and pleasant to customers even though it was under staffed. My food was piping hot & the piri piri chicken was delicious. Will definitely return to this Sushi King outlet because of her & good teamwork from kitchen staff. Thank you for making everyone's day, Cik Hasna.

Well went here quite a few times tbh. The device for ordering seems to crash a lot.. the food service is alright but I hope next time they served my drinks first cause the prev time they send food first and take ages to serve water.. I feel like I'm boutta choke myself. Is good that no ambulance is needed the food is good though! And next time if u go here and needed some help or assistance don't be shy to call them! Because they charge a lot for the service! Anyways overall it's a great place just please send water first

I had a short lunch period that day, so I decided on a Sushi King outlet nearby. Located conveniently in Lotus Bukit Tinggi. Parking isn't a problem on most days. Ordered a bento set, and service was within expectation. Under 15 minutes. While waiting for the Bento set, I had a couple of plates from the conveyer belt. Appetisers before the main meal. The food is tasty. Price is a little higher than the last time I was in a sushi place. A pleasant place if you are in a rush.
